		<description>I read your very critical statement of the basis for my book &quot;I Drink on the Job&quot; (which you admit you haven&#039;t read) - you make the assumption that I &quot;dummy down&quot; wine..if you think art, poetry, and music are &quot;dumbed down&quot; forms of humanity, then I guess you&#039;re right, it&#039;s a very blue collar approach..on the other hand..., if you think that wine can be appreciated for what it is (like a Picasso or a musical piece by Led Zeppelin) without being &quot;analyzed&quot;, my book may have some merit..</description>
